Our Ministry Staff

 Daniel is a native of Central Texas, born in Waco.  He became a follower of  Jesus Christ at age 8.  He graduated high school from Parkview Christian Academy in Waco, Texas in 1989.   He attended Baylor University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Education in 1996.  He served as Youth and Music Minister at North Waco Baptist Church from April 1994 until August 1999.  Daniel earned a Master of Divinity from George W. Truett Theological Seminary at Baylor University in December 1999.  He served as associate pastor at the First Baptist Church of  Lorena, Texas from August 1999 until January 2006.  Daniel is starting his fifteen year of service as the pastor of First Baptist Memphis.  He is  currently completing a Doctor of Ministry at Logsdon Seminary at Hardin Simmons University in Abilene.

 Jim is a native of Memphis, Texas.  He graduated Memphis High School.   He  attended West Texas A&M University in Canyon, Texas and earned a  Bachelor and Master of Arts in Music.  Now retired Jim taught music at Clarendon College.  Jim is married to his lovely wife Judy and they have four children.  Jim spends his retirement leading worship at First  Baptist and farming cotton in the surrounding area.   

 Zack is a native of Memphis, Texas and he grew up in our church.  He graduated Memphis High School.  Zack is bi-vocational and he works for the United States Forestry Service.  Zack is currently completing the youth ministry certification program through the Baptist General Convention of Texas.

Brandi is a Memphis native. She graduated from Memphis High School.  She attended college at Clarendon College & WTA&M.  She has three kids. She works part time for the church.

Linda is a retired educator.  She graduated Angelo State University with a Bachelor of Accounting .  She is married to Donnie Carroll and they have two sons.
